Otters, a very expensive animal!

Talking to a CL owner the other day, who was saying that these lovely creatures have cost him nearly £8,000!! He has a number of fishing lakes, where the otters had got into and eaten/killed large numbers of his fish. To prevent it happing again he's had to erect an otter proof fence all round lakes. The cost of the fencing and the replenishing of the lakes accounts for the huge cost. They are not his favourable animal!!
