Don't know if any of you bidding enthusiasts follow Roy Dennis Wildlife Foundation but here is a report from it about the Sea Eagles released on the IOW in 2020, and also of the journeys of other recorded Sea Eagles. A most interesting read.

Very interesting Nellie. Particularly liked the "extra" bits about the Black Throated Divers. They are indeed beautiful birds.

Thanks for your post.

A very interesting read, nellie. Fantastic that we see a significantly and increasing number of WTE across the UK these days. The prospect of them breeding in new territories is exciting.👍

Don’t know if this poisoned White Tailed Sea Eagle was one of the IofW project but yet another appalling example of persecution. Could also be posted in the raptor persecution thread. When will this end?

The only way to stop it is putting the landowner in the dock alongside the gamekeepers and passing custodial sentences. Exactly the same principle applies to the CEOs of the Water Companies and those other companies polluting the waterways.
