Drones

So Drones are having a bit of a bad press recently, but despite this I bought my preferred model in the January sales, a DJI Mavic Air.

My main hobby is walking and whilst out I like to record our walks with an ageing digital SLR.

When we were walking the "Broads" I thought the photographic capabilities of a good amateur Drone could come in quite useful, and my goodness I was not wrong, stunning still pictures and equally amazing video.

As a person who flew early model RC helicopters I am amazed at the ease and flight abilities of this Drone, it's a shame that as usual it's the few that seem to ruin it for the responsible many.

Contact DJI UK or search YouTube for a ‘help guide’👍🏻

We are talking about the other thread and, not being into the quantum sciences, I couldn’t recognise anyone but you seem quite adept at recognising trolling🤔.

What and who I or others like is actually none of your business but the fact you are following me around analysing my every move demonstrates you have an unhealthy interest in my activities. If you continue to target me, I will report you. I am giving you this chance to stop your suspect habits.

I have brought my post forward so that if there is anyone out there to assist me they won't have to read all the other non relevant stuff

Now for the advice.  I have recently purchase a DJI mini 2.                                                    My phone is a Samsung S21  5G.                                                                                              I have been on the Google play store to download the DJI Fly App but I can’t find it so I have downloaded the DJI Pilot app.  This doesn’t appear to work, the message says that an aircraft is not connected.  If I move the wheel on the controller the camera moves (curious).

I know the drone, controller work cos I’ve connected via the flight App to my i-pad mini 2.

Anyone got any ideas

Solid shot makes a shotgun an illegal firearm. And easy to miss with, unless a rifled slug.

Number 00  or upto 4 buckshot is best for drones.😨

You could end up in the chokey muscles with a naughty boy tattoo & PJ’s with arrows on your clothes. Discharging shotguns in public is frowned upon even where you live I guess🤷🏻‍♂️.

The days of you strutting around your manor are over I’m afraid🙁

It would certainly land him in court on a criminal damage charge and possibly firearms offences if he shot down my drone 😂

Saw an item on the news today….Ukrainians spotting drones with a laser and then shooting them down. Looked like much more fun than shooting game.
