Hi al, this area got me thinking we have lots of hobbies in our family!

My husband and I are the proud owners of a Dart18 catamaran and have sailed competitively on the national and international circuits, we have had varying degrees of success but our favourite race has to be the Anglesey Offshore Dinghy race which we have been very successful in enjoying a 1st, 2nd and 4th over the years.  We stopped sailing competitively when our children were born but when I sweet talk my Dad he tows the boat to caravanning holidays we are on!  We are hoping he will briing the boat to Coniston water this Easter where we are staying at the CC site for a week.  If you see a fast cat hurtling along its most probably us!!

My main hobby is horse riding and I have a horse called Paddy, we have done a bot of everything in the past but tend to just hack int he Peak District now where we live.

We are a famiy of mountain bikers and have just taught our little boy William who is 3 to ride his very first pedal bike - he mastered it at the Chatsworth site when we stayed recently.

I am also a runner and have entered the Great Manchester 10k as a celebration of losing 3.5stone last year. I feel great and am running for the BHF.

I also love photography, my husband loves F1 and I think thats it!! Obviously our favourite hobby is caravanning!
