Meet Ralph!

Well, Ralph has finally arrived with us and, after 18 months of Lady being the only dog in the house she finally has her new companion. He's 18 months old himself and quite a live wire, but he has settled incredibly quickly - slept all through last night without a sound from him until we got up this morning. The two of them have quickly become best mates - though he does tease her by picking up two tennis balls at a time and refusing to drop one for her, no matter how much she pleads!

We're very privileged to have him join us and we're looking forward to some great adventures with him, especially down on the beach in Perranporth.

So glad to know that Lady and Ralph are such good friends but also pleased to hear that Lady is the boss and Ralph knows his place 😁

Glad that your pups are settled in nicely, Moulesy, BUT I do think that the 'Toyboy' is probably hiding his light under a bushel and only letting Lady think she is the Boss ~~ if only we really KNEW what the rascals are thinking

Millie, there are 4 of "us" in this household and the males have no illusions about their place in the pecking order. Ralph comes third - I'll say no more!

Had a meet up in East G this weekend, mum and 3 of her pups, fortunately the rain stayed away until after lunch but the dogs had a great time up the forest, and needless to stay being part spaniel part lab they could not stay out of the water. mum is the one with the purpleish collar all the pups, just 6 months old are nearly as big as mum, second photo is mum and first born son

Missed this first time around and only saw it when it popped up again. I have to say - what magnificent dogs!

What I have noticed - from looking at your various photos - is that, like Meg - they have more beds than Bensons!

R&R - I can't quite work out why our posts (and TtTD's) have been removed from the other thread before it was locked as they were entirely uncontroversial. So for anyone who may have missed it, here's Ralph performing his two-ball trick!

Moderator Comment - They were Deleted User because they were totally off topic for that section of the forum. The OP asked for an explanation why old posts were reappearing which was answered. It is this section and thread where Deleted User replies should have been posted.

Our son’s spaniel also insisted in having both tennis balls but carried them side by side. Never seen them carried one above the other as Ralph does. Re other thread - Contents removed and post locked when I got back to check so thanks for posting pic here.
