Seasonal Canine Disorder

We've just been on a nice woodland walk with our dog. However I've noticed local vets are seeing early cases of this disease and are asking dog owners to be vigilant. Look out for tiny red/orange mites in damper areas on the body of your dog eg between toes, groin and limb joint areas. Also sickness and diarrhoea within 72 hours of a walk. Safe dog walking everyone. 🐕

Sorry, (first read the question...)  that was where we've been staying! I read it on line on local Devon news but it appears to be a geeral warning going out as the disease has been spotted recently elsewhere.

Thanks brue, we are heading to Bideford then Wadebridge areas in a few of weeks, so will certainly keep our eyes open for any of the signs of the infection.
