Supersure Insurance with RSA for my Swift Alpine 2. Linked to SWift Group and only half-price when caravan van was new in 2021 and competitive quote at renewals in 2022 and 2023, Had one accident claim in 2021 and they were very efficient and prompt in making payment. Recommended for a Swift caravan

 About what type of insurance are you asking?

I assume as your avatar shows a caravan I assume that is what you want to insure? Why not try the Club plus some of the dedicated caravan insurers?

Yes caravan. I previously looked at insurance through the club, but it was astronomically expensive.

I know. But the whole point of asking this question is to obtain some recommendations. And if people have experience of successfully claiming, or otherwise have had difficulties from an insurance provider, that would be useful knowledge.

I’ve always insured through the club. Over the years I’ve made two claims, each of which was fuss free with no haggling. There are no doubt cheaper offerings elsewhere, but based on my own experiences, I’ll stick with them.

I agree with Freddy.  Had a claim via CAMC 4 years ago and they were brilliant, speedy in settling and most understanding and sympathetic of what happened to us.  I don't even bother looking elsewhere, these days.  I've had hassle and stress in the past from cheap car insurers and I ain't going there again.

Always been with the club which has been pretty competitive with other companies.

On here there's only been a good number of posts with very positive outcomes on claims, with an efficient service and prompt payments and never a post about not paying out. There has however been a few posts where other providers have not paid out.
