Leaky Ventura Awning

Has anyone else had problems with a Ventura Arcus driveaway awning. Ours has now been returned once again, having had the first one reproofed because of leakage, still leaked now the new replacement leaks worse than the first one. Leaking through the seams and fabric.

i thought they all leaked until they had weathered, the threads need to swell to make a waterproof seal.
