My Caravan's just been stolen

We are new to caravanning. We bought our caravan (Swift Charisma 555) last year and have used it for a couple of weekends but were really looking forward to going to France in it next week for our 2 week family holiday.  We'd put a mover on it, it was covered, it had 2 wheel clamps and was parked on our drive. We'd spent a fortune on a new awning & lots of equipment to make our holiday enjoyable, all of which had just been put in it. I took the children to the cinema 1pm - 4pm and when I got back it was gone. They'd uncovered it, cut through both clamps and left them in the drive.  We are devastated. Nobody saw anything - not even the men doing roadworks outside my house! My question is, if we do buy another one, what more can we do to make it difficult to steal it?  I'd get a tracker fitted but is there anything else I can do? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks. Kate
