Hi all, hope i'm posting this in the right place, apologies if not, i have just traded my Bessacarr in for a Sunlight t-64 and while i am trying to add my outfit to my membership profile page it seems the make doesnt exist, i have looked under Hymer and also Dethleffs but to no avail, anyone got any ideas or solved a similar problem?

Posted on 09/08/2020 22:01 by cyberyachtI've just changed my Marquis Majestic for a Carthago Compactline 138 but whilst I can enter the make, it won't accept the "other" option as that model is not listed so I can't add it at all. It won't even let me add the year. I haven't been on the website for about a month and I see that that it is the same execrable shambles as ever.

That's about as far as I got. Hymer was available but nothing else. I assume it is a problem with the customer user interface. As when I rang them, they managed to put it in very quickly on whatever screen(s) they pulled up, so they all must be in there somewhere.

It's all gone pear shaped since then. Can't enter anything and when I log on it has the effrontery to ask me to input details of an outfit.
I'm trying to find out the tank capacities but have been unable to locate much in the way of tech spec in the Carthago manual and associated bumf. The website only shows the details for the latest models and I suspect that they've changed. If only this site had a PM facility.
