Clearer Instructions on Where to Post new Topics

We have been up and running now for about 3 months, so long enough for people to understand how the forum functions. Despite this we get so many posts put in the wrong section of the forum. We get questions asked in the Introduction section, we get question asks in the Feedback section. Do we need a pinned and locked topic at the head of all discussions asking people to think carefull where they post a new thread. Its almost seems that people go no further down the list of discussions that the first four headers. I have checked the forum instructions and I can't find any specific mention that posts should go in the appropreiate section rather than just willy nilly! So perhaps this needs looking at. It might help if experienced members of the forum rather than answer questions in the wrong sections just point out, in a friendly manner, that the post might be better in the correct section.
