Any idea how to permanently get rid of this irritating orange pop up box (have a question) on the bottom left of my screen.  Seems to have started this morning.

What a good idea 👍 has many links and all in one place. Very good addition, but perhaps tone the colour down to a similar green smile

Using the Close x makes it small for that moment.

It could be useful if a quick answer is required though not having used it I don't know how quick a response would be as there are no dates/times showing.

Guess what. I do admin work on OH's forum and we use a test forum to try things out. 'taint 'rocket science' to avoid annoying users with good (?) ideas that don't work!

It has the potential to be a good idea but the colour is wrong and very distracting. I feel it would be better placed on a tab at the head of the page, along with all the other info links, where it wouldn’t constantly reflect through my navigation bar.

I expect the idea is to give people easy access to the answers  to questions we we asked again and again on the forum. The concept is good but the execution isn’t quite right yet.

For anyone using Windows and on a desktop:

I am using AdBlock, and adding the following in the 'Block Element' (it's inserted automatically by Adblock) stops the floating widget from appearing.
