As I am sure you are aware we have been making some exciting improvements to The Caravan Club website over the last few months, some of which have already been introduced, such as the move to Google maps.

The next update will be the new look and feel and navigation of The Club website, which will be going live on Monday. As such the website will be unavailable from 7.45am to 11am on Monday morning and then your new website will be live! Smile

Question is will the staff @ HQ be alive

does this website ever improve any after repeated overnight 'maintenance' .... I know of no other site that's down as frequently as this one.

Well for the first time I might have found an improvement 😉.

I posted a reply on my phone on another thread, I'm using it now too, and the cursor isn't jumping about or leaving huge blank line spacings. Might just be a glitch 🤔

Knew they'd be a catch! Still OK typing on my phone 🤞 but far more internal server errors than I've had for ages......

Some you win some you loose. Certainly don't know of another site with these standards as the norm.........

Having booked three trips to club sites all at once the payment is shown as a lump sum for the total booking and a lump sum for the outstanding balance. By looking at each booking I can readily see how much each trip will cost but the outstanding balance for each trip is not shown. You may say that I can work that out but I should not have to. The website should show me that. It needs amending.

I agree they do need to get how they show things sorted. If you leave the box ticked for automatic balance payment,  you receive an email with an invoice on the morning of arrival. This just shows the total paid, no breakdown of deposit (previously paid) and final balance. You need to check your bank account to see that they have only taken what they are due, not the whole amount.
