Hello all!  we've finally takent the plunge and brought our 1st caravan - Lunar Lexon SE.  After years of talking about it we've finally done it, and I'm beyond excited.  In our early 40's and busy working and running a business we needed a hobby to take our minds off of work and allow us to switch off, and I can't think of a better way.

Our 1st trip was to Sandringham last weekend and what a lovely site it was.  Luckily my brother (an experienced caravanner) was on hand as no-one told us you have to twist the electric connection when you 1st plug into the electric post.  We thought something had gone wrong with the van as we had no power!!

I had many years caravanning as a child with my parents and grandparents so I am really looking forward to getting out and exploring the UK.

When we are not away with my brother and his family, David and I would like to explore quieter sites - maybe adult only - so can anyone can suggest any lovely CL sites, as its difficult to find reviews on CL sites.  They must be dog friendly has we have a couple of Boxers who are also looking forward to exploring and finding new and exciting walks.

We may be completely mad, but our 2nd trip is to Edinburgh for Easter - only 330 towing miles!!!  We will be on convoy with 2 other vans, so should be in safe hands.
