Will be going on my third club campsite in April in Bridlington. It is not far from my brother and sister in law who may or may not visit us ( due to recent health issue). If they were to visit and we ask them to stay can you pay for extra guests directly with the site office ? .

I would amend the booking if I knew they were definitely coming/ staying but won't know until we actually arrive.

Thanks

In a nutshell - yes.

Day visitors: no charge.   Extra folk overnight: book em in at reception and pay the appropriate per capita fees.

I wouldn't add them to your booking yet as there is uncertainty, it would cost you if they were not able to stay.

If they are to stay in your outfit and not require a pitch of their own,  I see no reason why you couldn't add them to your booking on the day. It's not as if they will take up another pitch. If they arrive in a car they would have to park it in the car park or pay a £2 fee to park on your pitch.

I have contacted a club site this morning and spoke to warden about another subject but did ask about unexpected guests as our offspring do tend to invite themselves down for a weekend and was told it has not changed and we just book them in and pay

My son came an joined me at Thetford Forrest last year. I booked him in a paid on arrival and he parked outside the barrier at no extra cost
