where do I start ?

long ramble I am afraid !

My wife and I retired early 4 yrs ago and have been kicking around at home for too long. We are fortunate to have time on our hands with no real commitments, apart from a couple of cats.

We have decided to get out and about a little more often. Staying at B and Bs isnt realy us, and can prove expensive.

So the idea of touring and caravaning cropped up.

I know nothing about this at all. We have a new skoda fabia 1.6TDi,, and looking at specs is getting me confused.

So were do i start ? a few questions I think

1. What caravan would suit ?

2. Are there any legal requiremnts ie mot insurance etc etc

3. Do you get them serviced ?

4. Are there towing training courses ?

Loads more questions I know. But these are the first to pop in my head.
