My wife just uploaded the new app, but when it comes to logging on, she has to use my log on details! Can she have here own log on details? She has a membership card.
I would suggest setting up her own account log in. Obviously you only have one membership number but as she has her own card that should not be an issue. Please come back if that doesn't work.
