Back to caravanning after many many years in the wilderness...My wife and I have just purchased a Bailey Pageant Monarch and are looking forward to great times ahead....our local sites are Wharfedale and The Strid...Our first ''holiday'' will be a test run at The Strid sometime after the madness of the August Bank Holiday...Hope to meet many members in the years to come....Bit of background to caravanning...first introduction was courtesy of the my grandparents at The National Rally at Woburn pre 1970 in a Cheltenham Sable ( I think ) then holidays around the country in a Sprite Musketeer then a Sprite Major....happy holidays in Ulrome nr Bridlington in a static eventually lead me to my first independent caravan at 17rs of age - a very ancient 10'6'' Thompson T-line (4 berth !! ) caravan...which is still running and ''lives'' near to my house with its stil very proud owner...kind regards
