I have never seen the labels sold or displayed let alone a warning where they retail C200 Gaz canisters or come to that gas cigarette lighters, or on the cars of smokers.

Where, does this legal requirement cut in, is there a limit, genuine question?

Intensionally here but constructively to get a feel of the quantity of LPG carried to invoke a legal labelling requirement.
There could be a box of lighters.

Seriously though, with an expansion ratio of 270:1 and a volumetric stoichiometric ratio of 24:1, it seems quite easy, given that overall volumetric ratio of 6500, a modest lighter could potentially blow a domestic car up quite impressively.

So not as way out as even I thought.

Not necessary in the UK as MI6 operate overseas. Have you learnt nothing from James Bond? 🙄
