No car ?

We have until recently owned a Romahome, which we used as an everyday car and weekend camper. A purpose too which it was well suited. As we are getting older and no longer commute to work our need for a car has reduced to almost nothing. We have sold our much loved Romahome and bought a van based Autosleeper. My question is, as this will be our only vehicle, which will  be used about once every two weeks for supermarket visits and the occasional day out, are there any problems associated with being parked up on our drive ?
