Where can I get caravan steps with handrail ?

Myself & partner have recently bought our first caravan. I have arthritis in my hips and am having problems climbing the steps we have (2 step) and worse getting down them again as I feel unstead and that I am going to fall. I really need sturdy steps with a handrail. I have seen some built from wood but wonder how long they will last with our weather, maybe metal might be best ?  I   would even look at 2nd hand ones as cant afford a lot of money. We live in the Wigan area.
