Club insurance for house

For a number of years we have enjoyed insurance through the club for our house as it allows us to be away for longer than many other insurers.

However, we have just had a renewal notice for the coming year and there is a 75% increase in premium!

Has anyone else faced such a steep increase?

I have just checked mine which was renewed at the beginning of April and there seemed to be about 19% increase over the previous year.

75% seems a lot, has there been any changes or claims that might have impacted on that increase?
