We are also members of both Clubs, but tend only to use the C&CC once a year, when we go with friends.  That reminds me, I must go and book for our May day friends gathering....

I understand the "discount"is not available all the time ,and that discriminates yet again against families, where as this clubs midweek discounts and kids for a pound does notwink

It does go to show that they appreciate the "older" member more thoughsurprised

We joined the other club about 18 months ago, we used them more than this club last year for sites.

Each has there good bits, I like the ease of booking with this club, be it for sites or ferries. Getting an online quote is easy.

The other club takes a bit of searching for things, no online quote for their overseas breakdown and personal cover. Also if you book a an overseas site with them there is a booking fee of £75 if you don't book the ferry with them. The ferry prices are around the same or they will price match so just have to remember who to book ferry with.

Been pleasantly surprised with their sites, they have improved from when we last looked at them. Although most of their facilities blocks are not as good as this club.

However their pricing is better and the discount for over 60's is welcome.

We've always belonged to both, they compliment each other, not a lot of price difference but they provide a big choice of sites and venues between them.

I've been a member of both clubs for around 8 years. For me the C&CC caravan insurance is good value and cheaper than the CC.

I use bothe clubs sites depending on location. I find the C&CC sites a little less formal and regimented and they usually have a larger mix of age ranges than the CC. I also benefit from the age discount.
