Simply brilliant
Fantastic views over rolling fields and valleys towards Whitby and the Abbey. Very well kept site and facilities. Allocated pitch on the blackboard made arrival quick and straightforward; followed by Lorraine’s friendly and informative welcome the following morning.
The village pub is an easy walk and serves good wholesome Yorkshire fayre again with a friendly welcome.
The site is well placed to visit the moors, the NYM steam railway and the coastal towns from Teesside south to Scarborough, all in easy reach.
Simply brilliant. What’s not to like!,
