Lovely location

The site itself is in a lovely spot set on top of a hill between Broad Haven and Little Haven, a short walk will get you to Broad Haven and a slightly longer walk to Little Haven.  The facilities are basic but clean and well maintained.  The views from the site are quite amazing but his also makes the site quite exposed to the weather, the wind in particular. Slightly disappointed that guests are charged £1.00 per night to keep the car on site which wasn't mentioned in the prices sent by the proprietors, and that the showers also cost 50p for just a couple of minutes, this also wasn't mentioned until we arrived on site, so make sure you have plenty of 50p coins available.  This obviously adds a bit of extra cost which would have been nice to know ahead of time, it wouldn't have stopped me from staying but I would have been prepared for it. Other than that it's a nice little site in a lovely part of the country and well worth a visit especially if you want to slow the pace of life down a bit.  There are some very nice cafes and shops on the seafront in Broad Haven and Little Haven is very picturesque with a couple of pubs overlooking the bay.  Wetsuit and surfboard hire, etc, is also available in Broad Haven if you fancy a dip in the sea. The night sky is another good reason to visit too!  The sheer number of stars visible with the naked eye is staggering! Also worth knowing is that access to the site is up a steepish hill which is one lane only and has a sign at the bottom which states it is not suitable for lorries or vehicles over 16ft long.  This had me quite worried but fear not, the site is only a short distance up the hill and unless your outfit is excessively long as not to make the sharp left turn into the site then you should have no issues at all.
