This is a very basic CL on a working farm. At the time of our stay it was £4.50 a night and if you don’t need electric this is a beautiful little site, hidden away from the world by trees and farm buildings. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The hardstanding is only big enough for one at a time and not obvious as it's grassed over, it's also next to the gate which may be a pain in full season, but we parked on it in October with only one other occupant to the field and didn't find it effected our peace. Lympsham is a lovely looking village with stunning historic buildings, there is a village shop at the cricket ground, which also has a licensed bar, (about a 2 minute walk from the site). Not far from the M5 along mostly big roads and just off the A370 we found it easy to get our 24 foot motorhome from A to B. We found this cl to be perfect for the money and the cows didn't seem to be any noisier than you would expect.
