There isn’t much more to be said than is already in the other reviews. An exceptionally large, pretty and well looked after CL with rural views. It is a peaceful haven in an otherwise busy part of the country. There are 4 good NT properties within 30 mins drive and a 5th 45 mins away and NT car parks on the easy to reach South Downs Way. There are large Waitrose and other supermarkets in Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill, which are a short drive away. The quaint village of Cuckfield is within easy walking distance and has places to eat and a small Co-op. The triangle of woodland and pasture bounded by the A272 to the North and the A273 and the B2036 to the East and West, with Ansty and the CL in the North West corner, is very attractive and crisscrossed with well-marked public footpaths and bridleways.
