This site is ideally located off A470. Stunning views and directly on the Taff Trail. A short distance along the road from the CL to the farm is a path that takes you up onto Y Garn and Pen y Fan. You therefore avoid all the hassle of parking at Storey Arms. After walking the Brecon Beacons Horseshoe, I walked back down to the storey Arms and back to the site via the Taff Trail. There are no facilities on the CL however it was peaceful with stunning views. I enjoyed watching the buzzards and falcons flying overhead. Made very welcome by the owners. Will definitely be back.
