I rang on an evening to book and left a message as no answer. The following morning I had a missed call and voicemail. I went to retrieve my voicemail but pressed the number to dial instead. I immediately cancelled it to hear the voicemail first and before I had time to access it the phone rang. It was the site manager telling me if I'm going to ring then I should let it ring long enough to be answered! - very rude and hostile. I then enquired about availability and was told I would have to be there for 3.30 pm. Due to her attitude and very aggressive manner I told her I wouldn't be there for 3.30 pm so it was no good for me. It sounded like she was running a concentration camp. If this was the last CL on earth I wouldn't use it and I've only uttered a dozen words with the woman over the phone. I can't believe people actually go back there? I will be putting a big black cross over this one in my CL book.
