We have just returned from a winter wonderland stay at this lovely CL. Large field surrounded by 5 hardstanding pitches. About half a mile down a farm track so our 4x4 was needed to get us out onto the road in the snowy weather. Easy access to M40. Toilet in farmyard away from site but perfectly clean. Beautiful sunsets, rural, hill views - a super setting if you like peace and quiet. Hundreds of little birds behind our van in the hedge - delight to watch them whilst sitting in our cosy van. We managed a 6mile walk from the site with the Herb Centre being our turnaround point and a great stop for coffee and cake. Mrs Bere very pleasant, unobtrusive but there if you need her. Would love to visit again in more clement weather.
