entrance problems
At the time we were at this site there were 4 large (but not twin axles) caravans and 1 smaller. Of the 4 large caravans 3 were damaged trying to access the site and the 4th only avoided this by unhitching and using his motor mover. Beautiful site with fantastic views but beware if you have a larger unit

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of Chycarne Farm Cottages. I just wanted to add a quick comment to say that we have spoken with the CL owner with regards to access to the site. We have added their comments below and also included an image in the gallery of the site's entrance for your reference:
"Thank you for your review, we have updated our pictures to show the entrance measuring just over 16 feet wide. On our website we have advised longer vehicles to enter the campsite from the East (Godolphin Cross). This allows any sized vehicle to enter easily. Throughout the winter we have articulated lorries making deliveries with no problems. Although this would appear to be an isolated problem with your group, due to being in a world heritage site and a conservation area we unable to change the Cornish hedges or increase the width of the entrance."
