Lovely, just lovely

Prior to arriving onsite we took a call from Donna explaining that she too was taking a weekend break and wanted to ensure our arrival was as smooth as possible, which it was. The reviews already written are accurate in that you do travel through a haulage yard (please do not be put off by this) and once through then it opens out into nothing more than perfection. My only wish is that this CL was not adult only as our 8 year old would love this and the fishing. Thank you Donna we will be back

Just Love this Site

We spent 6 days here and it was beautiful. People might be put off by the entry to the site but it is a working Haulage company. Once through the yard you come to a beautiful fishing lake. Fishermen will be in their element. The site was sooo peaceful and the area around was wonderful. We were going to go back after we spent the week near Abbotsbury but didn't have time. Donna is fantastic sooo friendly. We will be going again Love It

Lovely spot....

Spent 8 nights at this lovely spot in the country side. Very peaceful and well maintained CL. The large CL field is set well within the farm grounds, through the security gated business premises and past a lake on your left. It is well placed for trips out and about or just a quiet time away from it all. We will be back.

A CL as it should be, welcoming and peaceful

Just returned home form 4 nights at Clump Hill Farm. Booked this site at short notice and without seeing any reviews.  What luck!  This is a site that is very peaceful with an adjoining fishing lake and set in the midst of farmland. Made most welcome by mum and daughter.  Site is immaculate with well kept toilet block.  Plenty of space between pitches off the hard-standing roadway/track. Positive security with a gated entrance leading through the farm's business activities down the hill to the CL site.   Please don't be put off by appearances, it is worth the drive through the yard to the tranquility of the site and lake.   A hidden gem.  Will be definitely be back.

Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed staying on this site, the secure gated access, the spotless facilities, friendly, helpful owners and peaceful location (apart from the owl!). Drive to West Moor (free parking) for a launderette, shops and the X6 bus to Bournemouth. Thanks Donna!

Nice Spot

Just spent 9 nights at this new CL. Owners amazingly friendly and helpful. Very secure site with gated access. Toilets spotlessly clean and done daily. Very quiet and peaceful especially at night. Nearest large supermarket we found was a Morrison's 3.7 miles away. Post Code BH31 6UQ. Does Fuel as well, or a Tesco express 4.4 miles away BH31 7AQ.If you wish to take the bus you would need to drive into 3 legged cross and catch a x6 service to Bournemouth. Ideal location for local attractions and easy to get to from this site. Pub is nearby but only open ltd hours. Another pub which is open all day and does food all day is in the Village of Three Legged Cross and has the same name. Overall a great place to stop, and as it's a new CL I wish them all the best for the future.

Tranquil and relaxing

Lovely CL Site, warm welcome from Donna on our arrival. A well maintained paddock with ehu, overlooking a beautiful lake covered with lilies. Seperate wc for men and women kept immaculate. We stayed for 3 nights very peaceful and rural and perfect if you have dogs. 15 min walk down Burt lane is the Cross Keys Pub, where we stopped for lunch in garden, listening to music, then another 10 mins walk and your in Holt Heath, a beautiful rambling Heath where the dogs can run and run. We loved this site and will return again, thank you both Donna and her daughter for a lovely stay. Highly recommend if like us you like the rural life.
