Not 0.75 acres!

This is a very nice site with welcoming owners, excellent facilities, and beautiful scenery. However, "0.75 acres available for caravans" is a big fib. The site is no more than 0.35 acres, so everyone is pitched rather close together, especially with SIX caravans on the site. The owner does have an enthusiasm for garden machinery: the positive side is that it is the most perfect lawn on which I have ever pitched my caravan, the negative side is that rarely does a day go by without peace of the Llyn peninsula being interrupted by the sound of a two-stroke engine.

Very Nice site

Site is lovely (lawned and each pitch is serviced); levelling blocks for motorhome useful as pitches not quite level. Very pleasant owners who were most helpful. Be careful on accessing the site for if you get into aberdaron and head for the site where our sat nag took us, road is very narrow and not many passing places - just glad we didn't meet anything coming the other way - follow instructions in the handbook - we did not as we wanted to see Aberdaron first as we arrived earlier than anticipated. Site has two shower blocks (single shower in each) both coin operated (20p for 4 minutes) and WC's which were all very clean. Would go again but not suitable for my wife (disabled) - shower was fine it was the getting around nowhere for her to go. Site is excellent base for walkers and if I get the chance will be going back by myself to walk the North Wales Coastal Path in that area. Also be aware that there is holiday accommodation across the road and at the time of our visit was used by a good few children who were a bit noisy.

cyndyn

We have just returned from another lovely holiday at Cyndyn. All pitches on this CL are fully serviced and there is a shower and toilet. A new shower/toilet block was nearing completion as we left. Set in a beautiful quiet part of the Llyn, it is ideal walking country. One and a half miles along very quiet lanes to Aberdaron, in the other direction only a few hundred yards from the CL brings us to the spectacular coastal path. Our favorite walk from here is along to Porth Oer and its famous whistling sands. We will be back here again in August.

A lovely, peaceful site in a beautiful area.

If you like peace and tranquility this is a good site for you. The site is right next to the Coastal path, with lovely views. The plots were fully serviced, which saved the usual emptying and carrying of water and waste water. There is plenty of space. The grass is kept short well cared for. We have visited the site twice in a short space of time, and will go back. The new shower block will be an added bonus.

Slightly disappointing

We picked this site because of its location at the tip of the beautiful Lleyn Peninsula. On arrival, we found vehicles parked on the only available pitch, although we had booked. The owner did move them, but there was very little space in the cramped field. The sea views we had expected were not apparent. Although a toilet and shower were advertised in the booking material, there were no signs and we only found them as we were leaving.
