A lovely place to stay

What a beautiful place with great views and so peaceful with the cows in the next field to watch and the birds singing what more could you want!

Just beautiful!

Such a peaceful site. Huge field with beautiful views out across the rolling countryside. Owner was so welcoming and helpful. Lots of great nearby walks. Wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely return. Nearby Tenterden is a lovely town with everything you'd need and more.

What a great basic CL Just what we always look for.

We stayed at Devenden Farm just before the second lockdown in 2020 This is just the sort of site we look for open with plenty of space so we can use our solar panels. As others have said there is a slight slop but I mean slight an easily levelled with just your jockey wheel You look out over great views of the Kent countryside. The grass was cut and the clippings collected a bonus at any CL. The owner was very friendly and helpful we enjoyed our stay so much we extended it by 3 days Any downfalls well its a little narrow road in some places BUT there are passing places Unfortunately on our day of arrival they were resurfacing the road and I met a tipper truck at a pinch point luckily a resident allowed me to pull on their drive so the truck could pass so not too much of a problem It's always best to use Google Street view before so you know what to expect on all rural CL's We will be back without hesitation

Lovely!

We have just returned from a lovely weekend here. Lovely short grass, views, walks and peace! The site has a SLIGHT slope but don't let that put you off. The entrance does need some care but we managed it with a large outfit without any problems. Our only slight criticism (if you can call it that) is there is a Caravan Club sticker at the farm - the site is NOT here but a little further down the lane, past the entrance to the Rolvenden Vineyard (on the right) and into the double gates on the left. I'm sure we will be back.

Lovely views

Lovely site. Peaceful with great views. Facilities all convenient and well laid out. Grass well kept. Site does slope but it is large so there is plenty of choice of pitch. Stayed a week. Very convenient for NT visits to Sissinghurst, Smallhythe Place, Bodiam Castle and Scotney Castle also Hastings, Rye and Battle. Site off a narrow lane but there are passing places. I would say that it is easier to approach from B2086 than A268 as the lane is much shorter from that end. Would definately use this site again if I wanted to visit this area of Kent.
