We are sorry you found finding us difficult. All directions are written up and gone through by the caravan club directly so you may wish to inform them that you found them confusing. We have never had any issues raised with regards to the big tree from other caravaners or the Caravan Club wen they come out to check directions. We can only apologise if you this difficult to manoeuvre.
In order to fit you in with us, this was the only pitch we had available or else it would have meant moving you on and off different pitches which we felt would be more of a hassle to yourselves.
If you had raised any concerns with us at the time of arrival we could have done our best to rectify them for you.
Unfortunately we cannot control the amount of rubbish that is produced nor the frequency of which the bins are collected. We do try our best to move rubbish over to different bins (the bins used by our lets) but these were also full due to full occupancy.
We appreciate you raising the issue of ventilation in the shower to us as this has never been something that has been bought to ur attention before. It is definitely something we will monitor.
The toilet facilities are cleaned daily but unfortunately there is no cleaner on site over the weekend. we also request that guests leave them in the condition they are found, but sadly that is not always the case.
In the description of our site we have noted that the site is on a slight slope, we will look into making this more prominent.
The drive is currently undergoing maintenance to have electric entry gates fitted to stop people without reservations pulling onto the site and us becoming beyond capacity, hence the condition of the drive on entry.
