Lovely quiet site

This CL is lovely and quiet, very friendly owner, all hardstanding pitches, also superb dog walk on site. Easy access, toilets and shower facilities clean, but tired. Would definitely stay again.

The near perfect CL

A really nice Cl with caravans well spaced out in a line on hard standings good toilets and shower and a bus stop just outside the site. If you go take a 7 lb lump hammer to get your steel pegs in

One of the best in the West Country

This is an excellent site. All the pitches are hardcore and are well spread out. The facilities are of domestic standard and are kept clean, If you have an awning you need some thick steel pegs and a good hammer

Bit more than your basic CL!

Stayed in June. Good location for cycling and the site has everything we need from a CL - and more. Would definitely revisit if in the area. (Local historical note: Sway Tower can be viewed from the site is still the tallest non reinforced concrete tower in the world!)

Lovely site

Came back to caravanning last year (2014) and this was the first site we used and booked it again at the end of the season. The site is very peaceful and Mrs Bailey is an extremely friendly person. Highly recommend this site to anyone.

Perfection

As other reviewers have commented the main CL has all hardstanding, plenty of water taps, showers local info etc. BUT between each pitch are glorious flowers beds with tall grasses to give you some privacy. The entire site is well maintained and we just love going there and the bus stops just outside.

A great CL

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of April. A lovely well organised quiet site with a good entrance - there are two gates between it and the road. The pitches are generous in size and well surfaced with small gravel. There are 3 taps for the 5 pitches and two grey water disposal points. The chemical toilet emptying point is one of the best I've seen. The toilet and shower block is well maintained and has quite a lot of information about the local area and attractions. There are no views from the site itself. It is conveniently close to Lymington and there are a number of good pubs nearby. All in all a great site. Re other comments about getting to the site - the instructions on the leaflet the owner sent us as an acknowledgement for the deposit had good information about access to the site from various directions.
