Lovely quiet and peaceful

We stayed for 2 nights. The site owners are really friendly would definitely reccomend this little site. Hard standing pitches with electric or choose the large field.

Beautifully basic

We used the new Edmond Park CL site for an overnight stop after visiting an event at Harper Adams University. The site was ideally located being just round the corner from the University. The site has a nice wide gate and we were welcomed and given a choice of pitch. The CL is set up on a spacious field away from the park homes area that is being developed. The site has a nice outlook over fields and the three horses in the paddock were very quiet neighbours! Three of the pitches appear quite flat but the pitch we chose was sloping but we had just enough adjustment in the jockey wheel to level the caravan without chocks. There is no electric hook up but we knew that when booking. One water tap and one disposal point is all that is provided and all that is needed for off grid camping - what more can you ask for at the great price of £6 per night. There are two pubs in the nearby village. Although we didn’t use either friends recommended The Lamb for food. Newport is just a couple of mikes away with takeaways, shops, pubs, and a good rural store for Calor gas which I needed when we ran out - my fault for not checking!
