Back from 6 nights at this CL site. Absolute gem of a site and reluctant to leave. Whilst I would secretly like to keep this site to myself it needs a shout out as if you don’t visit you are missing something special. Easy access from M5 & onto the site. Description is accurate as is the photo. The welcome was extremely warm, the site immaculate, level ground and the facilities excellent unless you are looking for electric hookup which we weren’t. Site was peaceful with a view of the Malverns. Deer, buzzards, woodpeckers & swallows all spotted from our caravan. Pershore less than 3 miles away where you can buy groceries etc has an excellent butchers, bakers, market and an Asda as well as much more. Worcester is also a few miles away so lots there if that is what you are looking for. Sight seeing in abundance Croome Court, Pershore Abbey, Elgar’s House and more. Pub in Wadborough, less than a 10 minute walk from the site & does food if you didn’t fancy cooking. The purpose of our few days was a relax and walking our two border collies. We walked miles every day, starting before breakfast with a walk in the woods just opposite the site. Excellent for the dogs & deer spotted everyday. There are so many footpaths & bridleways from the site so no need to retrace your steps. We haven’t a bad thing to say about Elgar’s View, it was just perfect & would thoroughly recommend it.
