Excellent base to explore the area

Lovely site with spacious serviced pitches. Friendly and helpful owners shared local knowledge and tips. Metered eletric dealt with fairly and efficiently. Ready meals and book exchange very welcome. Great location with easy access to amenities (shop, pub, fish and chips) and attractions in the area. We walked to St Michael's Mount - views and castle definitely worth a visit. Cycled to Marazion then an easy ride on the coast path to Penzance.

Great new site with easy access.

We stayed here for 5 nights a few weeks ago and booked for September next year before we left. Just as well we did as bookings were filling up fast and they were already fully booked for most of the main holiday period next year with repeat bookings which says it all. New site this year with loads of room for each hardstanding pitch with hedges planted between which will grow up and give privacy. Lovely views as well. Very close to the coast which is only a mile away along footpaths and country lanes. Good footpaths and bridleways nearby for dog walking. Loads to see and do in this beautiful area. Some good restaurants nearby. Don't miss the "Cabin" overlooking the beach at Perranuthnoe a mile away. Had the best Muscles I have ever had there. Only warning do follow the directions and not your Sat nav for the last mile and don't turn into the main yard like I did and have to back out again. CL entrance is just past it with a big double gateway. Welcome was warm and informative with lots of local info.

Perfect Site

This is a fabulous site. The pitches are huge and well spaced. Jill and Ian are lovely and very welcoming. Excellent base for exploring this part of Cornwall. Perranuthnoe beach is just down the road (turning by the Chinese. It is dog friendly, has a seafront cafe. Another cafe further back with a gallery and gift shop. There is the Victoria Inn too that does the most amazing fish and chips. Overall we cannot fault this site - we have booked for 4 weeks next year. If you want an adult only, dog friendly, quiet base, this site is for you.

Gem of a site

Excellent CL ! Located in beautiful Cornish countryside and a shortish walk to the beach ( approx 1 mile away) , this site has 5 star facilities including fully serviced pitch and a range of frozen food products , cold drinks and fresh eggs on request ! Jill is the most hospitable and helpful of hosts and the couple are rightly proud of their perfect set-up . The surrounding area offers the best of Cornish experiences with Marizion and Penzance an easy ten minute drive away but closer at hand is Perranuthnoe beach and village facilities just a few minutes drive or walk . We are seasoned visitors to CL sites and this stands tall above the rest 👌

Brilliant CL

Easy access from the main road which is a big plus for a CL. Very warm welcome from Jill and Ian which is a nice change from some we have stayed on recently where we never saw anyone. The pitches are massive and each one has it's own electric and water supply. The electricity is metered and charged at cost. This seems a fair way of doing things given the rocketing price of electricity. The directions both to the site and leaving the site were very good and should be followed carefully. We stayed on the site for eleven nights and found it very peaceful and an excellent base for West Cornwall. We walked to St Michel's Mount from the site and also walked to Porth Leven. There is a nice beach close by at Perranuthnoe which is an easy walk or there is a good cheap car park there if walking is a problem. Nice swimming at Prussia Cove. N.T. car park is small, but again it is not too far to walk from the site. The north coast of Cornwall is only 12 miles away. There is a free car park on the edge of Helston down by the boating lake giving access to the Penrose Estate and the path to Loe Bar. The Blue Anchor in Helston is worth a visit if you like really old pubs and good beer. We would certainly recommend the site and hopefully we will return.

Amazing CL site, 5 stars!!!

Had an amazing 12 days at CAMC CL Fawkes Kernow site near Marazion, Cornwall. This site is new this year, all pitches are part serviced, toilet on site, no shower. Brilliant phone & Tv signal, very quiet too. A great base for exploring the southern part of Cornwall, the site is in walking distance of 2 country pubs, St Michael's Mount is about a 40 minute walk, site is surrounded by good beaches, kayaking & cycle routes. The owners are amazingly helpful & friendly (nothing is too much trouble). Would definitely return again. 😊

Lovely site!

After a very warm welcome from Jill, we were offered a choice of one of 5 of the largest plots we have ever had! 1 toilet, but never a problem of too busy- basic, but immaculately clean. This is a great site for exploring the beautiful surroundings, especially the sea. The amazing Prussia Cove is within walking distance- take your swimmies and a towel! Praa sands is only 5 mins drive- family beach, but great for kayaks and SUP's. Would love to go back again! X

Nice and Peaceful

Lovely newly opened CL. Great layout with large flat hardstanding pitches and grassy area for sitting out. Each pitch has its own Electric and Water Supply. Access is easy for Motorhomes and Caravans on a quiet country Lane. You can use the shower and toilet at the owners business next door. As Motorhomers we relied on using the bus. Nearby is the bus stop for Porth Leven and Helston and in the opposite direction Penzance where you can catch buses to other destinations including Newlyn, Mousehole and St Ives. Also available is the Lands End Coaster Bus from Penzance ideal for viewing the area. Jill the host is very welcoming and extremely helpful. We will definitely return.
