Our first experience of a CL site and what a benchmark to set! This site is excellent. Super wide pitches, electric hook ups, water, waste, on site toilet, washing area, eggs and ice cream for sale..... The pitches overlook 'a beautiful view' and is kept in really good order. What nobody has mentioned on here is if you don't mind a 3 mile walk (down a very quiet single track road called Nabb Lane) then you reach the pretty village of Alton with a good choice of pubs. I have only marked down the 'peace and tranquillity' score as its a working farm. What do you expect when you stay on a working farm!! Certainly one we will return to each year for a weekend away.
