A beautiful certified location spoilt by lack of love. Very peaceful area with excellent walks and a local play area. Unfortunately the site itself needs some love. A very uneven ground to start with but the grass needed a good cut which made it difficult to see this. Weeds covered the fresh water tap and chemical disposal points making access difficult. Old signage either faded or covered by weeds. Pitches not marked out just blue buckets covering the electrical hook ups which kept on tripping. Owner only seen once to pay and had no idea of how long we were staying. A very messy barn next to the pitches. One of the more expensive sites. Although the owner was quick to respond by email before booking. We won't be rushing back which is a shame because this site in its location could be a gem.
