This Adult only CL is smashing, one of the best we have visited, long field with plenty of space between units, quiet and peaceful, overlooks field and trees, grass is cut and collected, very helpful information shed, OS walking maps to use, a bonus, there are lots of footpaths from site if you enjoy walking, the bus stop and village shop are a 15 minute walk away, buses go to Rye and Tenderden they go every 2 hours. We were there for 4 nights in May wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back when we are visiting this part of the country again, thanks for a wonderful stay Bub and Mos
