A gem of a CL
Although we have caravanned for many years this was our first ever stay on a CL and we could not have picked a better one.
From the moment we phoned to book our 6 night stay everything felt 'right' - a friendly chat with Graham while I booked and a warm greeting on arrival. Little things that so often make all the difference.
A spacious caravan area on level grass pitch with the grass kept short and room for dogs to have a stretch too. 16 amp EHU and water on each pitch made for a very convenient stay.
An ideal position for canal walks towards Welshpool and Berriew made for a really relaxing break.
Site is directly off A 483 so site was easy to find and access. Yes there is some traffice noise but easy to ignore while sitting out enjoying scenery.
Although site not listed in current Club directory I am sure will egg very busy once it is.
Certainly a site we would hope to use again when in area.
