A very pleasant CL overlooking fishing lakes. Each pitch has a hard standing and water supply and the owners have divided each with grass and some recently planted trees. It is convenient for the M5 and amenities in Cullompton. Nice facilities with well kept and clean WC and shower. However the water run off from the adjacent cattleshed ran in to the site (part around our van and parking) which no doubt contained some bovine detritus and not overly pleasant/healthy and meant our children could not play outside. We quite accept the CL is on a farm, but this was below standard. Also not great for children as access to the cattleshed for farm traffic was right in front of the van.
