Just returned from a 2 night weekend at Gubbins Hole Farm. We booked this CL as many of the reviews made reference to 'peace & quiet'. We were woken this morning (Sunday) by a religious gathering belting out music on a tannoy across the farm at 0815! This was followed by up to 50 cars speeding-up the farm drive, right behind our caravan, only to deposit screaming children on a large trampoline. There is a portacabin on the farm, right by the CL which appears to be home to the religious group, so I don't think this is a one-off event. We spoke to another caravanning couple and they felt exactly the same. Such a shame - great views, WC was clean and £10 is good value. It is a farm and summer, but the flies were plentiful, so much so, you couldn't really sit out in the sunshine.
