We were warmly welcomed by the owner who showed us where all facilities were.The access is easy thanks to new chipping roadway but in wet weather the slope up to the top three pitches will need care to avoid damaging the grass.Views are lovely,T.V.reception good,grass well mown and clippings removed!!!The price has jumped from £5-00 to £12-00 with hook ups and when we arrived the showers were posted at 50p but jumped overnight to £1! The shower and w.c. is located in a timber shed and it may not be warm enough out of the summer for all but the most hardy to shower.Our one problem with the site was the dog evidence in places.We assume this was from local dogs as we saw one roaming around several times.
The last thing you need is to be watching your step everywhere particularly in the dark!! All in all a lovely site if the influence of mans best friend?? can be controlled.
