Great CL
What a lovely CL this is. Very handy for visiting Plymouth - although no buses on a Sunday. Good pub in village and great coffee shop at the Garden Centre across the road. Despite being very near the main road you don't get disturbed by road noise. Some lovely walks down to the estuary. Owners very helpful, and make you feel very welcome
