We are frequent visitors to this site and the companion Field View. We particularly like the ease of arriving, picking up our envelope and knowing where to pitch without needing to speak to the owner, makes it so easy when we turn up in the evening and just want to pitch and eat. We have never had any problems in contacting the owner, they are only ever at the end of the phone. When our car broke down at the end of Hortham Lane, they were only too happy to immediately stop what they were doing and come and help by taking the caravan down to site for us, really helped us out of a jam, and very friendly of them. The facilities are as expected of a CL, the only thing to note is the noise of the motorway, but you soon adjust to that, and it has to be said, the close proximity of the motorway interchange has made this site particularly useful to us. We will be returning.
