Gem of a site.

What is not to like about this lovely site, friendly and welcoming owners to the most peaceful location. We have just spent 9 nights here. Very much out in the country but not a million miles from plenty of places to visit. We spent a couple of days just relaxing on site. Collette and Ronald gave us all the information we needed to find Huttoft beach where you can park on the edge of the beach and only £4.00 all day. Clean and modern toilet which is a great bonus, I am sure we will be back next year.

Just perfect

Just returned from a most enjoyable seven night stay at Ings Farm CL site The site is perfectly positioned for either a coastal break or a short drive into the Lincolnshire wolds. The pitches are spacious and well maintained with the added advantage of water to each pitch, there is also a toilet on site. Ron and Colette are the perfect hosts who maintain the site to a very high standard and as keen cyclists it was most useful to have the routes that Colette sent to me which enabled us to find roads we would have otherwise missed. Ings Farm will always be my first choice when staying in this area and would I not hesitate to recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful break that is also not too far from local attractions.

Ideal retreat

We have just spent five nights on this CL as we prefer these smaller sites for the peace and quiet they offer. Good sized level pitches, good walks off the site and close by for the dog and a host of wild life to watch, what’s not to like Lovely welcome on arrival from Collette and Ron their knowledge of the area and where to visit was really helpful. The airforce training flights over the area provided additional entertainment. A really good spot came away feeling we had had a well earned restful break .

Peace & Quiet

My wife and I booked this site as a follow on in Lincolnshire and what a good move it proved to be. Everything sorted by e-mail before arrival and greeted by Colette on arrival with the obligatory toilet fluid and a very comprehensible booklet about the CL and surrounding area. Pitch 2 was our home for the next week, water and electric on each pitch, waste into the hedge. This is certainly the most peaceful site we have ever stayed on with good views and all the local wildlife on your doorstep. Plenty of interesting places to visit, lovely walks, but to be frank why bother when you can just sit and watch the world go by in total solitude. Want to go back-- that would be a yes then. Congratulations Colette & Ron you have developed almost the perfect CL.

Spacious site in an ideal setting away from the main road.Lots of wildlife around. Each site having its own tap which was ideal. Very clean outside toilet. Fantastic dog walk from the site where dogs can be off leash Paddock area on site for dogs on leads. Free redcurrants and black currants were provided Peace and tranquillity in a nutshell with plenty to explore in the Local area. A very calming idillic stay. I would definitely return here and recommend anyone staying in the area to try this site Excellent recycling facilities and free eco toilet fluid provided.

Tranquility

My wife and booked for the first time at this site, we were greeted by the owners son who gave us a free bottle of eco toilet fluid and information about the site. The pitches are spacious with its own water tap. The surrounding area is outstanding with excellent views around the campsite, it was so quiet and peaceful with the only sound of birds and the occasional snore from Jet our dog. The wild life was abundant, we spotted dears, little owls and hare's. The walks around the site are excellent, we drove to Sutton on sea and also Mablethorpe which took around 20 minutes. We spoke to Colette and Ron who are the site owners both are friendly and welcoming and had a wealth of information about the surrounding area. After our stay we felt so relaxed and felt like we had a proper break, so if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life then this the place to go.

Peace and quiet plus a great welcome.

If you like Lincolnshire and peace and quiet with local wildlife this CL is worthy of a visit the site is approx 7m from Louth and 12m from Mablethorpe, it’s at the end of a dead end lane so has no passing traffic apart from the occasional tractor. Colette & Ron have put a lot of effort into making this the ideal easy life CL with water to every pitch and 16amp electric that combined with the wildlife which surrounds the CL makes it worthy of a visit and I’m sure once you’ve visited you will want to return.

Doing simple things very well

Just returned from a three night stay at this lovely cl. Collette and Ron are lovely hosts who clearly have used their experience of being caravanners to develop a first class cl. Easy to use online availability and booking system, clear directions for finding the cl, good entrance and egress to a well kept site with generous pitches four of which were hardstanding and all with water and EHU. A single modern and very well maintained loo more than enough given most of us have showers and sinks in our outfits. A useful leaflet with information and an off road walk from the site accessible for dogs all add up to a great place to stay. If we were to be picky an extra CAMC marker on the lane facing likely direction of travel would enhance visibility for first arrival. Thank you for a lovely stay and we hope we can still get a place when we visit next time. Peter and Jane

Peace tranquility on a beautiful welcoming site

This was a last minute online booking for us so we didn't do our research first - but what a lovely experience. Booking and payment was all on line before we arrived, with emailed details through so we had all the information on the site, facilities and the local area before we got there, and knew our pitch number just in case - but the owners were there to welcome us with a bottle of green eco fluid to help maintain the systems. The site is wonderfully maintained, with hardstandings with grassed areas around, hedgerows and flowers between the pitches and longer grass around the very edges for the wildlife. With EHU and our own water tap on site, and grey waste into the hedgerow it took us until the Sunday morning when we took our recycling up to the bins to discover a lovely large WC was there too, spotlessly clean. There is even a sheltered area with table and chairs to relax and socialise in, or just watch the skies and the wildlife from a different perspective. The pitches were large, and the skies even larger - there is no light pollution so the skies were amazing and wildlife abounds. The dog walk - you can walk for miles on tracks straight from the site with fields and hedgerows either side and we never saw another soul. The access roads were good - although like most of north lincolnshire you felt you were out in the wilds, but you are surprisingly close to lovely market towns and the coast, and the shops in the small local towns were very good for supplies etc. The owners have clearly spent a lot of time in planning and executing their plans for the site - and it shows, they have great pride in it and it was a real pleasure. We will certainly be back.
