My favourite cl of all

Been here several times and we absolutely love it, I cannot fault it in any way shape or form. Very spacious and beautifully maintained.  Jill always makes us very welcome and the woman never seems to stop working ever..  Pool is great, we tend to wait until it empty and use it just for us it's great.  Close to lovely Caister and Great Yarmouth. We now have a dog and Jill and her dogs always make a fuss of our little Lexie.  Lots of lovely tranquil walks in the area that my hubby and I like. Will definitely go time and time again ( when we can get in) Jill is often booked up when we try because we never know until last minute if hubby can get the weekend off.  Alison and Paul Murray

Beautiful, tranquil, we'd definitely rebook

The site is 0.75 miles off the main road, and therefore utterly secluded. Very well maintained grounds, beautiful on the eye with landscaped beds, lovingly restored farm buildings. So beautiful, we were happy just to stay on site at times! Pitches very well spaced on grass, so calm and private. Use of swimming pool and laundry room included in fee. Excellent efficient reception by owner who provided walkers' map of the area, information sheet, and showed us the pool and laundry, explaining everything. The whole site, which includes luxury cottages, children's play barn, paddock with owner's grey horse plus 2 Shetland ponies, has been SO well done, that there is a high incidence of "re-bookers" here, always a sign of quality and high customer satisfaction. We would most definitely return.

Could do better

A lovely site, but there are NO disabled facilities, could not get my wheelchair into the swimming pool area, no rails to help into the pool and nothing to hold in the shower. All this despite saying that there are 'disabled facilities'. Having said all this I did manage to go swimming twice and the pool is absolutely great

Lovely CL - Shame about the children

The good points for this CL is that it has plenty of space - you do feel like you're in the middle of no-where. The facilities were great, the pool was a particular bonus. However, whilst it is an adult only site - the lodges adjacent aren't. We were lucky in that the weather was great, but that meant we had to listen to screaming children most of the time. Children weren't allowed on the CL, but that didn't stop them from playing on it. It's a shame because the site is lovely but Adult only should mean Adult only. This is the only reason we won't be going back.

A Little Gem

Have been returning to this CL for six years now. As it is situated a mile from the road, the peace and tranquillity are wonderful. Spotlessly clean, with abundant wildlife and great walks for the dog. Can't wait to go back.

Excellent Site

A very warm welcome from Jill. The site is maintained very well. Being able to use the swimming pool is such a bonus, and was very quiet.Very clean everywhere..The CL is very spacious and you do not feel overcrowded at all. Its very quiet so you sleep in later and later. Lots of very good resturants around. There is a cycle route from site down very quiet country lanes leading to a lovely pub. Fresh eggs can be brought from farm nearby six for a pound. This is an excellent site and would recommend staying here.

A CL with that littel bit extra

A good welcome and then the owner left us in peace throughout our stay until we left, then to wish us a safe journey and enquire about out stay.Just as it should be. The facilties were as described, clean and well maintained. Access to the swimming pool is an added bonus with a first class " play barn/ visitors" area which is shared with the holiday lodges.Children are allowed in this area but causes no problems at all on the CL. If I had to be pedantic then access to the shower, which is primarily for the swiiming pool can be difficult when the pool is in use, flimsy plastic door covering with children running around. Intended for a rinse prior to and after swimming. But an excellent CL, great viwes, great walks and well located for all that Norfolk has to offer

excellent

This was our 1st experience of a certified location as a new caravan club member. It was fantastic. Jill is very welcoming without being intrusive. The pool was a delight after a day in the broads. We even used the play barn as it did include free use of the table tennis, pool and table football. It made for a few interesting challenge matches. Highly recommended
